With the services covering East and West America, AEEG closely contacts with more than 100 high-quality high schools, so as to help students find the most appropriate high school.  According to students’ grades, extracurricular background and further education plans, we will help them find the most suitable high school. With many-year experience in North America, AEEG experts are familiar with the core concept of American education. With rich college and university resources and professional application team, AEEG understands the demands of young students.

AEEG will match students with safe, caring and responsible high-quality homestay families. While investigating the criminal background and records of all the members over 18 years old in the homestay family, teachers of the Department of Homestay Family Recruitment will make field visits to the families that have passed the criminal background investigation, evaluate their family status, character, compassion and other indicators during the communication, so as to ensure that students can have a good learning and living environment in the homestay family.

With relatively good facilities and separated room for students, our homestay families have received good education (most hosts have bachelor or above degree, and some have master and doctor degrees), engage in good occupations (doctors, nurses, high-tech practitioners, enterprise senior managers, self-employment/entrepreneur, university professors, writers, and staffs of local government functional organs) and have experience in receiving international students.

AEEG provides students with professional trusteeship services, so as to assist parents in managing students’ education, activities, and medical treatment. While protecting our children’s legal rights and legitimate interests in the United States, we will entrust some of our functions and power to schools, homestay families, coordinators and counseling agencies involved in AEEG, so as to help students timely. Therefore, schools, homestay families and counseling agencies can provide students with support and assistance under appropriate circumstances.

AEEG equips each child with a local regional representative who will visit the homestay family every month, check the living and learning situations of students, communicate with hosts, and report the detailed monthly report to the parents in China and American schools. With full and accurate content, the monthly report can truly reflect students’ performance in school, after-school activities and living conditions at homestay, so that parents can fully master the living and learning conditions of students in the United States in China.

AEEG provides 24-hour emergency contact service. In case of any emergency, schools, homestay families and children can contact us at any time, and we will provide bilingual assistance in the first time.

AEEG provides ESL course (English course guidance), single course guidance, course selection guidance, further study plan, academic and acculturation support and so on, so as to help students adapt to the learning conditions in American high school. (It is a personalized demand and requires separate payment)

As senior American education experts, teachers of AEEG follow-up service team are skilled at serving younger students by playing the role of mentor and friend. With rich educational experience and many-year experience in studying abroad in the United States and communicating with students, schools, homestay families and parents, teachers are able to make objective and accurate measurement and feedback on the overall adaptation of students in the United States, put forward effective solutions according to the situation of students, fully master the adaptation of young students every month by telephone, WeChat, field visit and other communication methods, and effectively help students handle problems in all aspects of study and life.

AEEG will organize barbecues, holiday dinners, cultural events especially during traditional Chinese festivals and give students holiday gifts (such as moon cakes), so that students can feel warm in a foreign land. Bilingual tutors of ARFG will provide students with information of school clubs, voluntary services, regional festivals, entertainment and sports and encourage students to learn more about American society through group activities and social service.

In addition to attending parents’ meetings and maintaining close contact with schools, AEEG also help students in the aspect of airport pickup, moving and other life matters. AEEG provides students with free airport pickup service for their first trip to the United States. In case of the demand for using cars, students shall inform us one week in advance and pay additional transportation fee.

AEEG provides students with luggage storage service when they return home in summer holiday or move out of homestay

With strict selection and training system, AEFG will conduct cultural training on homestay families, including cultural differences between China and the Western countries, how to communicate with international students, and differences in diet between China and Western countries, common questions asked by homestay families, AEFG student rules and regulations and so on, and help homestay families move into the role and tolerate differences in Western and Chinese cultures and communication on the basis of understanding, so as to provide students with high-quality homestay life.

AEEG provides students with professional pre-trip training and guides the path of studying abroad in the United States. Before the trip to the United States, AEEG will assign professional teachers to introduce the cultural differences between the east and the west, school rules, tips for luggage packing, especially how to protect themselves and ask for help in case of emergency and teach students how to get along with American families, school teachers, classmates and coordinators.

AEEG provides students with the opportunity to make a field visit to high schools and colleges in the United States and feel the school atmosphere in advance. (if needed, students shall pay for participation according to the actual situation)

AEEG provides summer camp, winter camp, transferred student and other short-term exchange programs to help the child experience the school life of American high school in advance according to the demands of students, schools and institutions. (students shall pay for participation according to the actual situation)
